Clear shipping information before you order
We want every Terdanta order to feel straightforward and predictable. This page explains how processing works, when tracking is sent, and what to expect while your Terdanta Sculpt order moves through its usual 8 to 10 business day delivery window.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after they are placed. During peak periods, launches, holidays, or higher-demand stretches, processing may occasionally take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email after ordering, followed by a shipping confirmation once your package is on the way.
Shipping time
Shipping usually takes 8 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier conditions, and customs processing where applicable. During higher-demand periods, your package may still track within that general delivery window.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Countries we ship to
We currently ship to the countries available at checkout. If your location is accepted during checkout, we are able to ship there. If your country does not appear, please email support@terdanta.com before ordering and we will confirm availability.
Tracking availability
Tracking is provided whenever available through the selected shipping service. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor delivery progress.
