Return window
We offer a 30-day window for free returns from the date your order is delivered. If you would like to request a return, please contact us within that window at support@terdanta.com.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a free return, the item should be in acceptable condition and not damaged through misuse, heavy wear, or improper handling. We may ask for your order number and supporting photos before approving a return.

Refund processing time
Once your approved return is received and reviewed, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
